| I am a passionate adventurer. I love the outdoors; that is where I find myself. I am working towards becoming and outdoor guide so I can take people on adventures all over the world, and help them experience the beauty, exhilaration, divinity, and freedom that I found when I went backpacking for the first time. I am also a writer. I write grants for non-profit organisations promoting peace in the Middle East. I have no idea where my life will take me. All I know is I want to make the most of it while I am here.

What is your opinion on God ? religion ?

| I think God is a way that people appreciate the richness of life that is beyond our comprehension. Whether you believe in Jesus, Buddha, Allah, the Sun, or any other source of divine inspiration, belief in a higher power can be a powerful tool for personal fulfillment. Unfortunately, belief can also be taken too far and manipulated to close-minded and sometimes violent ends. But God is not to blame for this. Religion joins people together and gives them strength in their unity, which can be good, and it can be bad. |
What is your opinion on love ? sex ? marriage ?

| Love is a way of living. Sex is biological, and can be an expression of love, just as it can be a tool for other purposes. Marriage is a tradition that only recently has become about love. In the past, it was about economics and survival. Now, in many places marriage has become more about love, and thus open to more interpretations of its meaning. Unfortunately, some people believe their interpretation is the only legitimate one. That's not only absurd, it's hurtful to people who want to use marriage to create a family. |
Are you happy ? Why or why not? How do you think a person can be happy ?

| I am happy. I love life. Sometimes things are tough, but I try to not let the whirlwind of everyday events get me totally down. A person can be happy by choosing to smile, laugh, dance, and allow joy into their lives. |
If you think you are wealthy ? what made you this wealth ? if you are not wealthy, what kept you back ?

| Wealth is relative. Compared to most of the world's population, the fact that I have a job and a safe home with electricity, water, and a comfortable bed makes me very wealthy indeed. But compared to most people in my country, I am not wealthy. Wealth is a matter of luck and determination. Luck to be put in the right time at the right place. Determination to use your luck to your advantage. |

| The most important thing to me is myself. I need to take care of myself, be kind but also be honest, if I want to take all the opportunities I have been given and make the world a better place for having me in it. This is not to say I'm selfish or vain or narcissistic. I believe that everybody has a responsibility to take care and love themselves fully before they are truly capable of passing that love on to someone else. |

| Half yes, half no. You are born with what you are born with. Nothing you do can change that. Where you go from there, however, is your call. It may not be possible to reach the stars that other people were born much closer to, but trying to life your life fully, with joy and meaning, is what really determines your destiny. Destiny is more than a destination. |
