User's Background Information

Education is the most important thing in life. Ignorance is the greatest veil, and so I studied what I consider the source and the beginning of all knowledge in under grad, philosophy and I supplemented it with religious studies.

Opinions Expressed by User for the following Questions

What is your opinion on God ? religion ?

God,the one word in any language that has the most baggage. It's filled with presuppositions and bias. So I would respond by saying what do you mean by God? Are you referring to an anthropomorphic being that created the universe in exactly 7 says, or a god of thunder? You see with each person the idea of God when it is first mentioned has a bunch of ideas in their head. Now I will begin answering this question just in the same way my favorite author described God, JD Salinger in his short story "Teddy" has a beautiful illustration of God; ""I was six when I saw that everything was God, and my hair stood up, and all that," Teddy said. "It was on a Sunday, I remember. My sister was only a very tiny child then, and she was drinking her milk, and all of a sudden I saw that she was God and the milk was God. I mean, all she was doing was pouring God into God, if you know what I mean."" Not that I am pantheistic, the Buddhist and Gnostics of all religions were mostly panentheistic, Google it.

What is your opinion on love ? sex ? marriage ?

Love is an all pervasive force, not simply an emotion. If it is truly felt by a human then they are pure, and I mean live for all. Sex is how you make babies, reproduction, and it should be regulated, as it is with most religions. Because sex produces children, the people who had sex have an obligation to those children, ranging from a safe home to parents to raise them. Marriage is the means a to which sex is regulated. Sex is a natural and necessary thing, but like I said it needs to be regulated.

Are you happy ? Why or why not? How do you think a person can be happy ?

I'm very happy, because I am content. Happiness is relative, but I'm fairly certain that being content with what you have is key to achieving happiness.

If you think you are wealthy ? what made you this wealth ? if you are not wealthy, what kept you back ?

Yes extremely, wealth is not simply material, to consider it so narrowly would be reducing it without considering other possibilities. My wealth comes from my knowledge, but that is personal. I love to learn and what I've learned is my wealth, for each person it is different. Salt capitalism has sucked the essence out of everything.

What is your opinion on death ?

I await death patiently, for it is the one thing all humans are certain of.

What do you think is the most efficient way to make money ?

Although I think monetary wealth can only take you so far, but to answer this question I'll have to say be your own boss. Small business America let's bring it back.

What is THE MOST important thing to you in your life ? Why ?

The Quran, I won't say my religion because that'll be taken out of context and misconstrued, but when I say Quran I mean a conversation with God. I believe in its divine origin for countless reasons, and so when I read it God is talking to me.

If you had to pass on advise to your kids about how to live life, what would that be ?

I would tell them not to get distracted by the play this is this world. Material things have no essence, search for the essence of all things.

Is a person in control of his/her destiny ? Why or why not ?

The question is worded incorrectly. Destiny by its definition means you don't have control over it. It should say, "is a person in control of their future." And to that question I'd say it's a mix of free will and destiny. Simply, without extending this into an essay, I'll say that there are factors in which you can control and others you can't. Example of something you do have control over: your attitude and character. Actually Aristotle put it best, your destiny which you have no control over, is decided by your character.

Do you think it would be helpful for a person to read what you have said ? Why or why not ?

I would want it to be helpful, but is it truly helpful? I don't know, I can only hope that my ideas about things are near the truth.
