Opinions Expressed by User for the following Questions

What is your opinion on God ? religion ?

Still a question for me but let me try to explain what I have got the best till now. God: A smallest particle of this universe. Everything in this universe or the universe itself is made-up of those smallest particles. We are also made-up of that smallest particle and will be decomposed in that smallest particle one day. Knowing self is knowing the GOD. The day we will realize that we are nothing but a set of those smallest particles and the day when we will know everything about that smallest particle, we will be merged with God. As it is written in Rig Ved, the smallest particle and the universe are same (Yat kanat, tat brahmand), I believe this is true. For example, let say the smallest particle of water is a single H2O molecule. A group of those molecules make water and at different temperature it becomes vapor or ice, but at root level, it is just a H2O molecule. In the world of water, H2O molecule is The GOD and Water, Vapor and Ice are the part of its universe. Religion: After knowing the GOD/Self, our ancestors created few rules so that everyone can know ourselves or at least we can get a right path. We call it a religion. Being a Hindu, I know about Hinduism but I am sure, every religion should have the same purpose, though with different paths. Hindu religion teaches us two things: 1. How to live a life so that, 2. we can find out what is life and who we are. For that purpose two types of books (Granths) had been written, 1. History and Management books (Itihas and vyavastha granths) and 2. Religious books (Dharmik granths). History and management books like Ramayan, Mahabharat and Purans etc are to teach us what we were and how to live life. They don’t tell us about what is life and why we born for. Religious books (ONLY Vedas, Upnishada and Geeta, all are related) teach us what is life and beyond and what is the purpose of our life. Most of the time we consider our rituals, traditions and cast as a religion but it is actually not. They were made just to run the society smoothly and needs to be updated time to time. But religion is few universal rules and believes and constant irrespective of time. From above example, one group (Let say Hindu) are thinking ICE as their GOD and other group (Let say Muslims) are thinking that VAPOR as their GOD. Both are fighting for ICE is better vs VAPOR is better but they forgot about H2O and this is sad thing.

What is your opinion on love ? sex ? marriage ?

Love: Love is an important factor to make life easy/happy/fruitful but not the only factor. True love is when you do not expect love in response. Personally I believe that “If you love someone and expect to be loved, better you don’t love him/her”. In this world, I have seen only mother’s love as a true love. Sex: I agree with science about sex. It was an adaptation to increase our genes, basically to have child. There might be health benefits of it, but I don’t agree. One can get better health by not having sex if he\she has good control on his\her mind. For sure, it is an important part of married life. Enjoy it, but do not get addicted to it. Marriage: Sex, Emotions, physical and financial needs are the unavoidable things, but think about a society where they are not managed. Marriage is the best solution to manage all and get a good society. Yes, if you get a compatible partner (not necessarily good, but compatible is important) marriage is heaven otherwise it might turn into a hell as well. Mine is heaven ?

Are you happy ? Why or why not? How do you think a person can be happy ?

Happiness is not consistent. Happiness and sadness is like a sin and cos waves. At any given time, one is up and other is down and they keep changing continuously and might be equal as well sometime. We consider our happiness if we are happy most of the time for most of the things and in this sense, Yes, I am a happy man and we are a happy family. The reason for my happiness is my satisfaction level. I look down and see there are many people who don’t have life like me. I have fair money, good health and supporting family. Remember, ultimate happiness we can get only when we will realize ourselves (in other words, when we will meet GOD).

If you think you are wealthy ? what made you this wealth ? if you are not wealthy, what kept you back ?

I have a very good health, enough money to fulfil my and my family’s needs and enough time to spend with my family and friends. So, I think I am wealthy, but I am not rich. I don’t think much about it. Keep your needs less (only basic things are needed to live a good life) and be responsible for yourself, family and society.

What is your opinion on death ?

DEATH is just an event where we transit from one body to other. There is no good or bad in death, it is just an event. Let say you are going from city A to city B but there is no direct bus. So, you will go from city A to an intermediate city X and then you’ll change the bus from city X to city B. This transition of bus in city X is a death and birth. Leaving bus is a death and getting other bus is a birth. I believe my soul is on a long journey and to make the journey comfortable and fast, I take bus called BODY. This BODY helps me to go from point A to point X in less time comfortably. But, eventually, I have to leave one bus (Body) at some point and need to catch other bus (Body) again.

What do you think is the most efficient way to make money ?

Who cares? Whatever I have got is enough for this life.

What is THE MOST important thing to you in your life ? Why ?

Being on right path of life is most important for me. I don’t know though, whether I am at a right path or not, but as per my best knowledge and capability, I keep eyes on myself and try to be on right path. I don’t want to catch a wrong bus in my journey; it will unnecessarily waste my time. Other thing is nature which I care for the most. I am a pure nature lover by choice. I enjoy nature’s beauty the most.

If you had to pass on advise to your kids about how to live life, what would that be ?

Be honest to everyone and yourself and don’t be materialistic.

Is a person in control of his/her destiny ? Why or why not ?

Other topic where I have a lot to talk and discuss. In one sense, yes a person is in control of his/her destiny. In other sense, no he is not. Actually, we create our destiny and once it is created, it may or may not be changed by our present actions. When it cannot be changed, we say we are in a control of destiny. When it can be changed, we say we are not in a control of our destiny. But remember, our destiny was created by us ONLY. No super power exists who is writing our destiny. There is one example of it in Mahabharat if you know. There is one character called Bhism. Bhishma had to Suffer on a Bed of Arrows. To the question as to why Bhishma was suffering this punishment even when he had not committed any sin during past 72 birth lives (Great Bhishma could peep into his past lives through Samadhi), Lord Krishna replied him that he committed a folly in past 73rd life birth when he inflicted injuries to insects by piercing thorns / needles into their bodies. Those thorns have now appeared as bed of arrows for you. Your sinful Karma remained dormant as you were a pious person throughout theses lives but since you have now become a party to Adharma of Duryodhana, the sanchit evil Karma’s of 73rd life has ripened now. This might be just an story but, this describes how we create our destiny and sometimes we cannot control it once created. Eventually, you will get for what you had done. Many a times, we don’t know our past sins and we blame to others or God if destiny is not good. My own definition is, “We get an outcome of our every forgotten action done in the past. We call it luck” It might be good or bad, depends on your good or bad actions done in the past.

Do you think it would be helpful for a person to read what you have said ? Why or why not ?

I am not a very great person. It may or may not help others, depends on a person. First condition is, he\she should read it. If he\she reads, then depends on his\her level of thoughts. If he\she already knows better than me, it might not help. If he\she doesn’t know much about the subject, it may help him\her.
